is sure to exceed their expectations.

How much does it cost to use the ZCommercials.com service?
A. You
can license and
customize a pre-produced advertisement for only $1,999 plus applicable
taxes. Custom projects are priced on a per-project basis.

What do I get for the $1,999 price?
A. You
will receive a
completed 30 second commercial that is customized with your message,
voiceover talent promoting your offering, pictures of your location(s)
and any other available customization which we offer and that you wish
to employ.
Q. Will
ZCommercials.com
resell the ad I have chosen to customize to any of my competitors in my
market?
A. This
is a very important
question. The answer is NO. Unlike our competition, we offer you the
exclusive use of your advertisement in your market for an entire year
at no additional cost.
Q. How
is ZCommercials.com
different from other companies offering similar services?
A. The
most crucial difference
is that we DO NOT/WILL NOT sell the advertisement that you have chosen
to anyone in your market during your exclusivity period. Our
competitors may offer slightly cheaper ads to entice small businesses
to purchase a heavy advertising schedule, and then once the
advertisement schedule runs out they may sell that very same ad over
and over in your market. We believe this is unfair because it gives
your competitors an opportunity to capitalize on your advertising
money. Imagine spending thousands of dollars to promote your business
and then the moment you pause your ad campaign your competitor(s) begin
running that very same advertisement promoting their own name.

What is an advertisement schedule or media schedule?
A. A
media schedule is the
schedule that a business purchases from a broadcasting, satellite or
cable provider that specifically states which channel(s) and at what
times their advertisement will be displayed for viewing.

Does ZCommercials.com sell media schedules?
A. No we
believe this is best
handled between the business owner and the company selling the
advertisement space. We believe it is important to interact with people
with respect to key business decisions such as purchasing a media
schedule. Many factors are involved such as budgets, demographics,
availability, etc. A comprehensive media schedule that will best suit
your needs should be analyzed and discussed with a representative of
the company with which you wish to place your ads. We deliver
the commercial to your specific needs on time and on budget.

Will ZCommercials.com refer me to someone to help with my media
schedule?

Absolutely. We have a vast
and extensive network of professionals who will work with you to
optimize your ad’s exposure to your targeted demographic,
while staying within your budget.

Does ZCommercials.com place requirements on my purchasing a media
schedule?
A.
Absolutely NOT. This is
where we differ from our competitors. We believe that if you can only
afford to spend $200 a month every other month on your TV budget than
so be it. The advertising budget is entirely your choice even if you
choose to run the ad every day for a month straight and then take 11
months off it is fine with us. The rights to the ad for your market
belong to you for a period of 12 months.

What happens at the end of the twelve months?
A. Well
two things can happen.
Either you may choose to renew your exclusivity for your ad for an
additional 12 months for only $299, or you may decide that after a
whole year it’s time to change or follow up your message by
customizing a new advertisement from ZCommercials.com. In which case if
you purchase a new advertisement with a 12 month exclusivity term we
will renew the exclusivity on your old advertisement for free. This
will give you 2 advertisements for exclusive use in your market
allowing for greater flexibility that will enable you to continue
resonating your message or implement an ongoing ad campaign. (i.e.
Energizer Bunny)
Q. Why
don’t I hire a local company to do the ad for me?
A. This
is entirely up to you.
On average to hire a media services company to design, produce and
deliver a 30 to 45 second television advertisement will cost you
anywhere between $5,000 to $20,000 and a lot of times companies will
reserve the right to charge you more money if they go “over
budget” We offer superior quality ads, that are fully
customizable to your business for a fraction of what it would cost to
have an ad produced from scratch. The best part is that you see our
work BEFORE you buy it. Many
companies will have you pay 2/3 of the balance before they even show
you what your ad will look like leaving you in the dark with respect to
the ad quality and your overall satisfaction.

do I customize
an ad?
A.
Simple. First take some
time and think about the message you wish to get across to your
audience. Then browse through our ad library to
select an ad that fits the style of your message. Then simply call us

Q. How
long does the
customization process take?
A. Not
long at all. Usually we
can customize your ad and deliver it to you within 1 to 2 weeks. This
all depends on how much customization we would have to do. If you wish
to have a unique musical score composed specifically for your ad then
you may have to allow another week for the additional creative work.
Q. What
if I choose
an ad but do not like the music?
A. Well
it’s
critical that you like your ad and that your ad will deliver your
message in a manner that will satisfy you by increasing your sales and
raising brand awareness for your company. If you would like us to
compose a different score for one of the pre-produced ads we would have
to price that separately.
Q. What
if I wish to
change a scene or two from what I see in the ad currently?
A. We do
have an additional
footage library that is available to use. However this library contains
footage that is non-exclusive. Meaning since there is only a limited
amount it is available for everyone to use. The best way to maintain
the exclusive look and feel of your ad is to keep it in its original
pre-produced format and add voiceover, a call to action, and perhaps a
still photo of your place.
Q. Can
I change the
font size, type and coloring on an ad?
A.
Absolutely. Colors, sizes
and fonts are up to your discretion.
Q. How
many changes
can I make to a pre-produced ad?
A. We
will make the initial
changes you ask for and submit it to you for your approval. From there
we can modify the ad once more and submit it to you for your approval.
So you can change an ad a total of two times and see it each time with
the changes you make. For music scoring the same 2 times rule applies.
Q. What
happens if
after the second time I am still not happy with the way the ad looks?
A. We
have found that almost
always by the second time our clients have the ad looking and sounding
the way they want. If not, then your ad would be assigned to a senior
editor who would offer you one more round of changes. Unfortunately
after this point since we only have a few editors on-site we may have
to impose an hourly fee of $185 for any additional changes that are
requested. The same applies for original music scoring.
Q. How
do I approve
the ad?
A.
Simple all you have to do
is call us for a verbal confirmation or simply follow the instructions
on the website.
Q. What
if I want to
make changes to my ad after my final approval or after I received my ad?
A. After
you have customized
and given final approval to your ad, if you wish to make additional
changes an hourly fee of $185 and any shipping and handling costs would
have to be assessed unto your account.
Q. What
type of
format do the ads come in?
A. We
will send you the
finished product in either a Mini-DV, DVD or Digi-Beta format for you
to give it to your media outlet of choice and we will also send you a
DVD copy for your own personal viewing.
Q. What
if I want to
purchase more than one pre-produced ad, do you offer discounts?
A. If
you would like to
purchase two ads at the same time instead of just one than we could
offer you an additional 10% discount on each additional ad that you
purchase.
Q. Do
your ads come
in High Definition?
A.
Currently due to the fact
that most broadcasting outlets are not yet equipped to handle the high
demands of high def we do not offer high def ads. However as the
industry adapts so will we. We anticipate to offer high def ads by the
spring of 2008.
